Damages
We do our best to ensure that our products are packed to prevent damages. However, accidents happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please contact info@fenwickcandles.com with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement product right away.
Returns
We strive to create a product you love, but understand if you are not happy with your order. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
