SHIPPING INFORMATION

General Overview

We cannot ship to any international forwarding companies. All orders are shipped from Bloomfield, Ontario. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Check your spam folder if you did not receive this email in your inbox, or please contact us to resend shipment details. We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders over $150 ship free of charge via ICS or Canpar Ground with an estimated delivery of 1-2 business days depending on the postal code we are shipping to. Canadian orders are subject to applicable provincial taxes.

US Orders

DHL to US is 1 Day on Express and 2-3 days on Economy. US orders are subject to local import duties and taxes. DHL These are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information on customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office. Orders outside of Canada are not required to pay Canadian taxes. We are required by customs authorities to declare the value of all parcels. Please note that if you are shipping a gift, the cost of the item will be included on the customs form on the outside of the package.

We are closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays. 

Damages

We do our best to ensure that our products are packed to prevent damages. However, accidents happen and an order can sometimes arrive damaged. In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please contact info@fenwickcandles.com with your Order # and a photo of the damage and we will send you a replacement product right away.

Returns

We strive to create a product you love, but understand if you are not happy with your order. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Your satisfaction and happiness with our products is very important to us. Currency

Prices displayed on our site are quoted in Canadian dollars. Orders shipped within Canada will be charged in CAD. Orders shipped outside of Canada will be charged in CAD at the appropriate exchange rate for USD.
